Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant is an American-cuisine restaurant in Disney World’s Disney’s Hollywood Studios park. Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant participates in the Disney Dining Plan. It also accepts the Tables in Wonderland card for a 20% discount. We paid out of pocket when dining here, as this restaurant is not a good value on the Disney Dining Plan.
Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner (worth noting is that its menu is new as of 2011, and by all reports is much improved, so if you ate there prior to September 2011, your opinion of it now may change), and the restaurant serves burgers, sandwiches, ribs, seafood, pasta, steak and salads in addition to its legendary milk shakes. We had nearly eaten here a couple of times in the past, but always changed our plans at the last minute as we’ve read a lot of unfavorable reviews of Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant. It’s actually probably one of the most divisive restaurants at Walt Disney World, with some praising its ambiance, burgers, and milkshakes and others condemning its over-priced menu and mediocre cuisine.
